Photo Gallery App User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to our Photo Gallery App (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 2. Use of the App

The App is designed to provide photo and video management tools. Core media processing for browsing, organizing, and editing photos and videos is primarily performed locally on your device, and we do not upload your photo or video files to our servers. 3. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you must comply with the following rules:

  • Legal Use: You agree to use the App only in lawful ways and not to use the App for any illegal activities.
  • User Content: You are responsible for all content accessed, edited, exported, or shared through the App. Ensure that the content does not infringe on the rights of third parties and does not contain any illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate materials.
  • Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring the security of your device to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain any rights you hold in photos, videos, and other content that you own or are authorized to use. We do not acquire ownership of that content merely because you access, edit, export, or share it through the App. The App and all its content (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, icons, images, and audio clips) are protected by copyright law.

  • Usage License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the App or any part of it, or otherwise infringe our intellectual property rights.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services. You assume all risks associated with using these third-party websites or services.

The App uses Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Analytics for non-personalized ad delivery and measurement, app feature analytics, crash diagnostics, and stability improvements. These third-party services may process limited device, app usage, and technical data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details about data processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time. Whenever there are significant changes to the Agreement, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Termination

If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate the App or any part of it at any time, for any reason, without notice.
